Victron Orion-Tr Smart Isolated DC-DC Charger

The Victron Orion-Tr Smart Isolated is a proper DC-DC battery charger with Bluetooth. Use it to charge a second (house) battery from your vehicle's alternator, or from one battery bank to another, with the right multi-stage charge for AGM, gel or lithium. Unlike a simple isolator or VSR, it boosts and regulates the charge, so your auxiliary battery reaches a full charge even with long cable runs or smart alternators. The input and output are galvanically isolated, which suits vehicles and boats with separate negatives or where ground loops must be avoided. Choosing a model Pick your input voltage (start battery / alternator), output voltage (house battery), then the charge current. 12V to 12V 30A is the most common choice for caravans, campers and 4WDs. Key features Adaptive 3-stage charging with lithium (LiFePO4) and lead-acid presets. Smart alternator compatible: engine-running detection switches charging on and off automatically, with no ignition wire needed.
