What does LC mean on a ratchet strap?+
Lashing capacity — the strap's rated capacity within a restraint assembly. It is not the weight of the load. How many straps a load needs, and at what angle, depends on the load, so bring us the details and we'll work through it.
Chain or webbing?+
Chain suits loads that would cut or wear through webbing — steel, machinery, anything with sharp corners — and loads that need a higher rating. Webbing is kinder to paint and finished surfaces.
